-Prior to Installing the Game
Before attempting to install Rogue Warrior, please verify that your computer meets system requirements.
-Installation Options
There are two options to choose from when installing the game:
1. Single Player only. This will only install the single player portion of the game and does NOT require online registration.
NOTE that if you decide later on that you want to play Online Multiplayer you must then reinstall the full version of the game.
2. Full Game, including both Single Player and Multiplayer. This installation requires a broadband connection, a Steam account
and online registration.
We also recommend that you prepare your hard drive for installation by running ScanDisk and Disk Defragmenter prior to installation.
These utilities are part of Windows® and can identify and resolve problems with your disk drive which could hinder installation
and/or playing of the game.
To launch these programs and optimize your hard disk drive:
1. Open "My Computer".
2. Right-click the disk drive you wish to install the game onto (usually C:).
3. Click on "Properties".
4. Select the "Tools" tab.
5. Click "Check Now" to launch Scandisk.
6. When Scandisk has completed, follow steps 1-3 and click "Defragment Now" to launch Disk Defragmenter.
-Remapping Your Controls
You can remap your controls from the Main Menu or the Pause Menu by selecting OPTIONS, CONTROLS, BUTTON CONFIGURATION.

There are several things you can do to increase game performance.
-Make sure you have no other programs running in the background.
-Lower the game settings.
From the Main Menu or the Pause menu select OPTIONS, then VIDEO and:
*Lower the Resolution
*Turn Antialiasing OFF
*Lower the Shadow Complexity
*Lower the Texture Quality

Minimum Requirements:
• Windows XP/Vista
• 1 GB System RAM (XP)/ 2 GB System RAM (Vista)
• 3.4 GHz Intel Pentium 4 or equivalent processor
• DirectX 9.0c compliant video card with 256 MB RAM (NVIDIA 7900 or better, ATI X1800 or better)
• 4.6 GB Free hard drive space
Recommended Requirements:
• Intel Core 2 Duo E6400 or equivalent processor
• 2 GB System RAM
• DirectX 9.0c compliant video card with 512 MB RAM (NVIDIA 8800 series, ATI HD2900 PRO or better)
