Most of us had only a 56k modem or if you were lucky an ISDN line: you can imagine that you needed a full day to download even a rip.Please consider that these games are quite old and might not work with the latest DirectX/OS. Also your AV might detect some false positive in some of these games: unforyunately this is totally out of my control. These were the official release in the old days done by trusted groups. I can tell you that lately I'm incurred in some false positive and maybe the antivirus nowadays are more paranoic than 7/8 years ago that's the reason why you might get notified about a trojan/virus.
